I actually stopped using Facebook a few months ago as it was causing me huge anxiety, felt so much better getting rid of it and staying out of arguments.

Just walking away is a good plan. I haven’t been there in a month or so and don’t miss it at all. I mostly use it for keeping in touch with family back home.
