It was set as low as possible. Tbf it's a fairly new bbq so I'm still working out how it cooks.Someone hasn’t learned how to rotate theis snags properly.
At least they aren’t cremated yet, nothing worse than a charcoal outside and raw inside, when someone cranks the heat up too high, because they are too lazy to cook low and slow with lots of turning and rotating to get an even cook right through.
