Official Match Thread Season 38 Round 17: Mount Buller Demons vs Fighting Furies @ The Snow Dome

The penultimate round of the season is here and there is still so much to play for. Furies are just a single draw behind Warriors on top of the ladder (who have the bye this week) and can almost certainly sow up a top 2 place if they win this Sunday. Demons on the other hand haven't won a game in a long time and have now fallen all the way down to 7th on the ladder. They still have a 6 point buffer on 9th placed Roys, but Demons will be wanting to find some form before finals start.

Key to the Win: Forward Line

Furies Full Forward ShaunDuggan has been on a rampage this season with 71 goals to his name so far. If Mount Buller can't find a way to stop him then this game will be over before it's started.

sausageroll has been serviceable this season at Full Forward with 55 goals to date, but they will need to match if not surpass the might of big Shaun D if the Demons want to win.

Tip: Demons to bounce back and finally give their fans something to cheer for [Demons by 15]
