Pre-workout lowkey scares me. Isn't it just caffeine?

Not necessarily, you can get plenty of non stim ones.

Honestly, I recommend just getting Beta Alanine and a BCAA.

Beta Alanine gives you a little pump and does wonders for your stamina over time.

BCAA help you a tonne after your workout and reduce fatigue.

Add in creatine, magnesium and protein after a workout and your there (chocolate milk works great for Electorites, protein and magnesium afterwards as well).

Majority of pre-workouts work, but I wouldn't want to rely on them going to the gym, instead take more natural stuff.

Any more competitions on the cards?

Not currently, semi retired from fencing (coaching and doing it for fun) may do a national/ state competition or two but no more internationals on the horizon.

It's tough to train upwards of 14 odd hours a week on top of working two jobs, and having a wife

Plus I'm 33, have had multiple injuries and training that much screws your hormones and dopamine production a tonne (so in a cycle of repair currently).

Back playing a bit of tennis though.

Some sarms/ peptides can build them (with aggressive abdominal work), but it's not worth it.

Welcome to Season 39 of the Sweet FA​

The Bears finished Season 38 in 10th one win short of finals. They've added a rookie and an Coney Island up and comer Ocha905 to the squad for Season 39 while retaining the rest of their talent.

The Furies finished Season 38 in 6th and lost their elimination final. Club Leaders have topped up for a run at the premiership in season 39 bringing in a massive five veterans from other clubs. TRUMAN#1 serial_thrilla HARPSichord Bonz and Supersuns all making the move.
