No harm done. Makes sure you look after it with a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. If your eyes are puffy in the morning, use an ice pack. In the shower use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, with an exfoliating gel on the face. Avoid alcohol as it dries the skin and makes you look older.
