I actually found this in an encrypted code manual book, it was called Binary for w***ers.

If there is one thing I will say about this kid it is this, he will never lead a strong club. It will always be more a case of we want a volunteer to step forward and the rest of the line takes a step back. The boy has some decent skills and is likeable enough but he has this weird fascination with numbers. I am still trying to work out if he is really intelligent or really stupid, I guess only time will tell. He will need strong support around him to succeed and some great mentors. I really do hope he can iron out some weaknesses particularly how he is easily led. Will always be a 50/50 leadership proposition for mine.

So now I open this up to some of the Gumbies leaders..sounds of crickets..ouch that was awkward. Probably best to invite the broader SFA community to provide their thoughts on Barrybran and his leadership style. Is the scouting document an accurate account of how he leads his team?
