Offseason starts after the grandfinal iirc, just because you loser teams are done doesn't mean everyone is

Unless it got changed in the past season, off season starts when a club is knocked out seeing there is no point going through the recruiting method if you are already building for the next season.

Also considering the teams left, it's better for all involved if we just call a no winner and move on with our life.
