Not always easy to talk about the demons inside.

Please seek help if you need it guys/gals. I did after suffering silently for years not knowing that what I felt wasn't normal.

I understand it’s their job but maybe the journalists and media might reconsider how they go about the constant harassment and unrelenting pressure outside of the courtroom. First thing I thought of Just what 2-3 weeks ago they were hounding the poor guy as he left the court room. I hope Channel 7 takes a good hard look at themselves.

Although it is not the time for it, I just wonder if Freo could have supported him more post ‘retirement’. In isolation, this has the potential to leave a significant stain on the club and it’s support mechanisms. In context of recent issues at the club, I am concerned.

I hope the club has an internal review and considers how it supports troubled players post football from socially dysfunctional environments.

I will not be able to watch any Freo games for a while, just so disappointed.
