Shaw for Adams
10-11 for Bontempelli and McCarthy
28 for hopefully Z.Jones or Acres
Paine for Karnezis
3rd rounder for White.

Or

Shaw,10 for 2
2 on Aish
11 on McCarthy
28 for hopefully Z.Jones or Acres
Paine for Karnezis
And 3 rd rounder for White

Definitely the 1st option.. in the 2nd scenario it basically comes down to Aish for Adams and a Bontempelli/Crouch/Lennon/Sheed.. he's not worth 2 guns

I wouldn't have thought Jaksch for Daisy compo pick (if he goes and it's pick 11) is overrating Jaksch - he's a 195cm key forward or defender. Key position players if they are any good are well worth that.

I don't know how good Jaksch is but very much doubt GWS would trade him for picks. They need experienced players.

Jaksch is homesick and may be lost to them anyway, that's why I used him as an example

2 games experience, puts me off, like i said totally different story if he played a decent number of games

Apparently shaw is number 1 on GWS's want list, so maybe a trade that involves drafts picks (the number 1 selection, and pick 10 and or 11) Adams and shaw? Apparently hine is more interested in next years draft, so he might go after the big fella (boyd) and maybe some others, hopefully garlett if buckley gives him a chance

At his age 2 games is more than nearly any other key position player. Also a player in key position a year younger is generally a year further away from being seniors ready or you pay big to get them (eg pick 1 for Boyd, mini draft for Jesse Hogan).

Should just be about if it's a need for Pies (yes) and if it's a value trade.

In a GWS without Buddy they are very unlikely to not take Boyd themselves unless they can get an experienced key forward.

Even without Buddy they don't actually need Boyd.

Patton
Cameron
Tomlinson
Davis
Jaksch
Mohr
Bruce
Plowman (Pick 3 2012 draft)

They have a lot of good young KPP talent.

Correct Loki. And Boyd after having trained with Pies during last summer, we can hope that we're after him and have been in his ear.

GWS recruiter just said on SEN radio that they're needs for the draft are for a Ruckman to help out Giles, key defenders and outside midfielders..

Hate to say it because he could be a gun but Witts is just a back up ruckman now Grundy has emerged, doubt he could play the forward ruck role long term.. they are both number 1 ruckmen and therein lies the problem in the modern game and especially with Bucks who seems reticent to play 2 genuine rucks

Shaw can now ask for a $600K p.a contract..............GET IT DONE!!!

Heath Shaw for Taylor Adams and swap around pick 9 for 10.

As I have said in another thread we need to exhaust the pick 1 trade first, pies should give GWS a list of tradable players to package.

I'd go so far to offer up Sidebottom yep very good young player but Boyd is going to be better.

There is no chance that Sidebottom would be traded.

Shaw Witts pick 10 and pick 11 (Daisy comp) to GWS

Adams and Boyd to Collingwood

It seems Boyd us a much better player than Joe Daniher (who i dont rate very highly at this point of time) Dons supporters are going on about he good he is and about how much of a still he was. But he would have a much worse kick than franklin and he looks as though he weighs 70 kilos but we will see how he develops. As for Boyd. He already weighs over 100 kilos, has a fantastic kick and overhead mark. Seems he would be able to play round 1 next year.
