Go figure. North Melbourne barely raises 18,000 people to a home game at Etihad, yet the E.J Whitten Legends game last night attracted approx 25,000 people.

Something has to give at North....It's obviously their fans aren't interested.

Maybe next year, we could have North playing a game as a curtain raiser to the E.J Whitten game ? At least, North would get a decent crowd then.

Well it seems that Daniel Connors willbe playing in next year's EJ Whitten game.

No doubt the first of many Richmond deflection threads.

Maybe your time would be better spent working out how to rectify your club's rancid culture.

Maybe you could figure out how to get a decent crowd at Etihad for your home games. You can't expect Brayshaw to keep dipping into his pockets & writing cheques to the AFL for the losses you incur. You can't keep sacking CEO's as a way of saving money.

It's time you lot looked at merging or relocating again. You're just not viable in your present format.

Those deflector shields are coming out quickly. Next thing, the anti Dogs or Demons threads about lack of success.

Lol! You're living in fantasy land mate. Good or bad culture. At least I'll have a club in 5 years time. Who will you be supporting then ???

The leak in your reactor is getting bigger.

Not a bad idea, but would you honestly want Lindsay Thomas teaching your kids goal kicking skills ???

On that criteria would you honestly want Dustin Martin teaching your kids the value of going to training or Dan Connors teaching your kids how to act at away games.

Or perhaps both of them running a small seminar for young adults on the benefits of getting enough sleep?

I genuinely laughed at this.

Very funny... because it's all true. :thumbsu:

It could one day be a realistic idea.

I'm not responding to this post negatively as I want the bombers to pummel the Saints and send Plugger into a state of apoplexy.

Nah, but I wouldn't mind Boomer teaching them about how women are not merely sex objects... :thumbsu:

You can't really blame a Melbourne supporter for being obsessed with shit like attendance figures.

It's not as if they would actually want to discuss football.

We don't fear the Saints. At all.

But if they somehow manage to fluke a win it would put North's slender one round hold on 8th position in serious jeopardy while boosting their own finals chances... so it won't all be bad news.
