Yeah I got the Ted lasso vibes, it is such a wholesome show
And then in S2 I cottoned on to the creators link to Scrubs and realised Paul and Jimmy are very Dr Cox and JD.

S02ep8 was arguably the best of the series but gee Jason Segal lets things down with his acting.
I am a Jason Segel fan, so no problems that he's still basically Marshall, lol
The similarities to Scrubs just so obvious though, always being somewhat humorous while having those 'we recognise we need to be serious for a moment' times

We just started watching S1 and are enjoying this show. This is a good quality dramedy. I thought Jason Segel would shit me, but he's actually perfect for this role. Ford is brilliant, too.

We reached the end of S2 last night, and I thought it was great. I felt so bad for Louis, with people calling him a murderer when what happened was an accident. That's pretty tough. It was nice to see Jimmy go to him in that final scene. What a good show it's been.

Im actually surprised the show had him spend so little time in jail.
I binge watched Season 2 in a roundabout 24 hours. Quality show. Probably my new favourite.
A few things;
A few things;
- I got over people attacking Jimmy constantly throughout the season and how he just accepted it. Was hoping he'd grow a backbone (and at times he did) but it was kinda annoying how every scene turned into people hacking into him for stuff. Like when Gaby kept attacking him for sleeping with her. It takes two to tango, baby. It got to a point where the show became 'blame Jimmy' and I was getting really sick of it.
- Harrison Ford absolutely dominated.
- I liked how they spent more time focussing on Derek and his relationship with his wife. Easily the highlight of the season for me. Easily my favourite character.
- Alice sleeping with her best friends boyfriend, then being swept under the rug and going back to being besties. Highly unrealistic.
- I also liked how they took the spotlight away from Shawn. He had some moments but was basically a side character and that worked for me. He was the focus of Season 1.
- Hopefully we get to see more of Marshall and Robyn next season.
