Feel Freezing and Shaking a bit, Feel like I am going to Vomit and muscle are Ackey and Feel like utter sh*t
Did you get the jab? Could it be a reaction?
Plenty I’d people get a mild reaction which is very Covid symptom like. This happens with the flu vaccine as well with some people.
If you need to see a doctor you will have to do a teleconference because they don’t want people with these symptoms in clinics.
Give it 24 hours Dave, I’m sure it will pass. (My Mrs had much the same symptoms from Friday and she’s fine today. (Haven’t had the jab yet so just a 24 hour flu)

It sucks getting old.
Heres my next “procedure”.
I’m hearing ya. Once you hit 50 things starting falling apart or falling off. General aches and pains are bad enough but getting up of the floor/ground is a task for sure. Taken up surfing since our coast move but that’s taking a toll on the body as well.
Left knee been damaged since footy years and left ankle since basketball after that. Playing up a treat is the knee despite a lot of work put into it.

While not wanting to give this grub oxygen, it’s interesting that he has just had the same replacement operation that I’m apparently going to get.
I am encouraged by his recovery.

Try and take it easy.
Drink some water. Get an early night.
But if it gets worse, call an ambulance other get to an emergency room.
Look after yourself mate.

I am Feeling bit better now.

Yeah I am going to Bed Very Shortly

I am pretty tolerant of pain but gee a broken toe (one next to big toe) really hurts and it seems that only time heals.

I searched Dr Google and have iced, put some bruising cream on it, tied to next toe and now have to wait.

All this because I couldn't remember whether I had closed the garage roller door, put my slippers on and didn't put any lights on and stubbed my toe on a box, this was at 3.00 am.

Funny thing too is that yesterday, I put on a pair of shoes that I hadn't worn for some time (fairly new) and my foot was sore, so changed into another pair. As I was giving away some clothing and other things to charity, put the shoes in there too. Now I realise it wasn't the shoes but my toe. Anyway, someone will get some benefit from my Puma shoes.:D

Ouch.
That looks extremely painful in an area that you can’t really avoid rubbing.
Are you putting an antiseptic on it? Maybe find one that also is a moisturiser.
Trip to your chemist on the cards first thing tomorrow morning.

Been to Chemist and say put Powder on it so does not get wet/damp

i have seen a million of those rashes in the military Dave. you need a bottle of 25 mg prednisolone, 2 tab twice a day with food. each bottle normally has 50 tabs

should kill it dead in 72 hours. keep the bottle and if it ever flares up you should have heaps of tablets to kill it dead again

just be careful as high dose prednisolone can lower your mood and elevate your blood cholesterol, so only take it short term

next time you get it go see your local GP and ask for that, thank me later

Random bump but anyone else had Glandular Fever? Had it May last year and genuinely was shaken by it. I usually cop illness on the chin but I genuinely felt like death, with glandy, and couldn't physically speak so I couldn't exaggerate my pain.

I didn't eat any food, nor speak, nor drink much water in a week. That's generally not a great sign hey?

Food is not a big deal, not drinking much water is incredibly bad for your body and very dangerous.

That would explain the ‘You’re about to die’ feeling I battled through the whole time. I couldn’t even swallow water though. It felt like someone forcing a razor blade down my gob.

The Epstein Barr virus can rack the feck off. Horrible illness
