I’m sure the FA will make an exception for us.

It's not true apparently. The rules state that if a team withdraws and fails to play 75% of its games, that any points are void. Doesn't make allowances for a season not being completed.

Reports that they’re thinking of extending Premier league to 22 teams next season with West Brom and Leeds promoted and no teams from EPL demoted.
I imagine that would be the same with the Championship with Coventry and Rotherham getting promoted?

Would be awful for Fulham and Brentford.

I really hope they don't relegate anyone. I'm very biased as I go for Barnsley, but there are enough games left for everyone in relegation to get out of it. So if the season is cancelled, which it should be - promote 2 teams, relegate no-one

Christ that's scary.

Yeah, we spoke about wage/income ratio a while back and I praised our club for being in such a sensible position. Now more than ever we're in fantastic shape.

Leeds posted huge losses last year and are in big trouble unless they're given promotion.

Barnsley have said they'd consider taking legal action if they're relegated and clubs like Wednesday, Derby and Birmingham don't recieve any punishment this season for cheating financial fair play rules

I guess Hulls chairman who wrote to the EFL asking for the season to voided is pretty annoyed.

I'm sure the other two chairman who also want the season voided, as well as all players concerned for their safety, are also annoyed.

That is a pretty cosy draw for Leeds (on paper), if we beat Fulham, I dare say we have one foot inside the Premier League 💛💙 #MOT

Yeh that game against Fulham is obviously massive, and it’s not always great playing sides battling for promotion but I’m pretty confident we should be ok.

Only three and all out of contract not wanting to get injured, one angling for a bigger club.
More self-preservation with $$ in mind rather than anything covid-related.

Yeah I know that's what makes it awkward. Selfishness from the players rather than geuine health concern.

Can you imagine a player sitting out the last month of an ordinary season because he didn't want to be hurt ahead of a transfer?
