So who is the most underrated player in the AFL?

I'm on the fence with Lewis. He is has the work rate of very few players, i'll give him that. But he can torch the ball quite a bit too.
Kind of agree with Lewis.

All in all he is a very good player but he is a level below the best mids.

Had a very good 2014 where he was AA, premiership year BnF and one of the best mids in the comp but only sustained that truly good form for 1 season.

Has to be Liam Picken. Still gets called a scrub by opposition posters on bigfooty but is a genuine star and would be close to best 22 at every single club
Agree. He's now a star. Never seen a player give his all like Picken in today's game. Best 18 in ANY side.

I'll pick someone from my team as I know the side more.... Sam Loyyd. Has kicked 35 goals this year in a side that has one real major forward and has the slowest ball movement.

He is around the same amount if goal per game this year as Sicily, Patton, Watts and Josh Bruce.

I'm not sure how other teams see him, but some Richmond supporters think he is a list clogger.

Patrick Cripps. Highly rated but being in a shit side, people don't appreciate how good he is. Top 5 mid in the comp right now.
