Not in the same league as the blowing up of the Nord Stream pipeline. Mainstream media blamed it on the Russians but it turned out to be a Ukrainian operation aided no doubt by the US. US also complicit in massacre of Palestinians and now Lebanese, including 17000 children nearly a thousand of whom are under the age of one. Our mainstream media hardly blinks an eye.
Let's say it was Ukraine/US who blew up Nord Stream. What happened that may have led to that?

Albo has found solutions for problems that did not exist.
Going to disagree on this. 50% of the classroom issues I have had this year stem from social media issues outside the classroom. Increase in parent apathy towards their responsibilities does nothing to help the situation either.

Sadly, last year one of the students that i taught a few years back died due to an eating disorder compounded by the online bullying of her peers. The problem exists. Is this the way to solve it? Who knows but I figure having a go at fixing the situation is better than sitting back and doing nothing at all.

My sister in law is an assistant principal at a high school. She has been interviewed by police after a teen suicide at school. Not an experience she would wish upon on anyone do (blamed by the parents for their child’s suicide when it came out of the blue). In 20+ years only had to deal with the issue once.

Teen suicide is an issue that a blanket social media won’t fix. It’s unnecessary overreach that does more harm than good.

It doesn't need to, though. Limiting access (which has had proven negative effects on the mental health of teenagers, as per Meta's own internal research) can be part of the approach.

How does it do more harm , if it saves 1 kids life it's worth it

I'm curious as to how someone can look at Morrison and Abbott and go "Yeah, they were better".

Like, Albanese isn't wowing me (although the way the Labor party has shifted recently to keep up with the Overton window, I'm not surprised) but compared with the constant cluster **** of the Abbott and Morrison days, I'm not sure how you can say hes the worst.
