It’s based off a YA fantasy I really liked growing up.
After the success of Harry Potter Hollywood tried to adopt any YA series with a pulse into a film franchise.
Eragon was one of the poorest examples and probably the most disappointed with a film. Mainly because I convinced friends to come see it with me and felt guilty for wasting their time and money.
