I don't think people are serious with the melts. While I can only speak for myself I see it as a bit of fun. (Nothing personal, except when my song gets billied unfairly) And we've all got our personalities here. spudmaster is the gatekeeper of previous noms.

I agree. I think we've had some rounds like this before where we haven't billied given the personal aspect. Can't remember when we did it last but wasn't that long ago.

This used to be more standard but with time it has fallen by the wayside . I miss it. There’s still a way to de identify.

I skipped this round due to timing as you know so I’m unbiased in this but I think skipping Billies isn’t the right call from a scoring /spreadsheet perspective. That said if the reasons are released for a round like this it would make it harder to billy

To be fair Chip posted that prior CG announcing the theme - something I only realised after my previous post oops. So I think it was more general rather than linked to this round.

I found the opposite when it did happen but it’s also a different crowd these days so I’m unsure if it would be seen that way again. It’s worth a retry sometime.

Yeah I really liked it. I've enjoyed all of Dawson's albums. I've not listened to Circle at all aside the album, but I certainly like what they added.

I do love Dawson though - for myblueroan and whoever the other person who gave Jogging their 5s is, he's well worth exploring more.
