Top three songs I couldn't split. Originally, my five dropped to 2, and I took out my 3 completely. Three insanely good songs at the top. I may just price myself out of contention.

Didnt realise they had a new album out. Heard nothing about it. What do the Mogwai fans here think of it? First few tracks didn't grab me but it picked up after that. There were a few moments that have that massive Mogwai sound I love. I listened to it in suboptimal conditions so need to revisit it with my good headphones. Predictably solid. Will probably gain a few points with a proper listen.

Look! The thing is I procrastinate and I do other stuff first and before I know it we are only hours away from botes due and honestly… I haven’t always been the bad kid bc this is the only place that I delay shit!

I will try to do better but I do listen to the list but I end up listening to the first half like a million times and then forget about the second half!

I move songs to my list when I listen and like but my strategy is clearly not working….

One of my fondest memories is sat around with mates, waiting to hear the shitty song we recorded in an equally shitty makeshift bedroom studio get played on SYN. Went to school the next day feeling like an absolute rockstar lol

There was a whole box of singles that got sent to the studio from aspiring artists. We'd take some to listen to and, if they were any good, gave them airtime.

Track 3 is titled "what kind of mix is this?" Which is pretty much what I was thinking on my first listen, but I've got my good headphones now, I've fiddled with the EQ and it sounds mint. They won't ever release a bad record.
