Does anyone know how those youtube channels that are titled "X/Y/Z artist topic" work? Are they just auto generated by bots at random? Is there a way to force them into creation? I often can't find the song I want to nominate on youtube, and if I can find a topic channel for that artist they often don't have all their songs uploaded while some channels do.

What about independent artists that have a their own channel while a topic one also exists.

Stella Le Page for example isn't signed to a label, doesn't go through a distro and has her own channel (though not all songs uploaded on it) then there's a floating topic channel for her that I'm fairly certain she hasn't had a hand in.
