I know you like your excel stuff, so this should hopefully work regarding multiple filters: (this isn't meeting the round requirements, per se, just an example of multiple filtering)List of songs from #4-#7. Some may have been nominated more than once and podiumed, and I couldn't work out how to do multiple filters so some have been nominated in the last 500 rounds.
Thanks. Ill take a look. Unfortunately the spreadshet needs to he uniform.with no erroneous data. I could filter into a new sheet but as I mentioned, If i find a song 'Every Breath you take" at #4 I also need to cross check if a 2nd nom podiumed.I know you like your excel stuff, so this should hopefully work regarding multiple filters: (this isn't meeting the round requirements, per se, just an example of multiple filtering)
edit: what it wouldn't do, however, is show you, for example, all podiums over the 1000 rounds (filtering top3 on POS) and any songs nommed since round 500 (filtering >500 on Round) as it would fail to display podiums for the first 499 rounds in this instance. which is probably what you were referring to come to think of it haha!
Filter on Round: For noms since rnd500 for example.

Then filter on Pos: if you wanted to bring up, say, a list of songs 4th to 7th since rnd500.

And the resulting output, sorted alphabetically by song name, for example.

I put the question to copilot and it got it all wrong.Just chatgpt it. There's no need to waste ya brain power.
Turn on. Tune in. Cop out.
Actually, that song probably hasn't podiumed, so someone could use that too.
Haha!I put the question to copilot and it got it all wrong.
Sure thing! Here are some songs where the first and last letters are the same:
1. "Under the Bridge" - Red Hot Chili Peppers (90s Alternative Rock)
2. "Enjoy the Silence" - Depeche Mode (80s Synth)
3. "Enter Sandman" - Metallica (90s Alternative Rock)
4. "Every Breath You Take" - The Police (80s Synth)
5. "Nevermind" - Nirvana (90s Alternative Rock)
6. "Tainted Love" - Soft Cell (80s Synth)
7. "Numb" - U2 (90s Alternative Rock)
8. "Dreams" - The Cranberries (90s Alternative Rock)
9. "Love Will Tear Us Apart" - Joy Division (80s Synth)
10. "Immortality" - Pearl Jam (90s Alternative Rock)
I hope these songs bring back some great memories!
After reprompting
You’re absolutely right, my mistake. Let me try that again with songs that have the same first and last letters:
1. "Alabama" - Neil Young
2. "All Apologies" - Nirvana
3. "Alive" - Pearl Jam
4. "Anna Begins" - Counting Crows
5. "Africa" - Toto
6. "Arena" - Duran Duran
7. "Attention" - Charlie Puth
8. "Afterglow" - Genesis
9. "Amnesia" - 5 Seconds of Summer
10. "Again" - Lenny Kravitz
I hope these fit the bill better!![]()
Copilot is still a long way behind chatgpt. I've been trialling it for work and it's kind of useless at the moment. I actually meant getting it to trawl the Song Contest spreadsheet for those options though.I put the question to copilot and it got it all wrong.

Copilot in Excel is great. It has given me copy and paste formulas. The one I showed wasnt quite correct but I understood how it worked and made a changeCopilot is still a long way behind chatgpt. IF(JHF1870,SHOWINGOFF,"LOL","LOL")So I'm learning some new formulas in Excel, if you want to go through the spreadsheet here is the formula you need to use in a new column
=IF(AND(LEFT($C2361,1)=RIGHT($C2361,1)), $C2361,"")
This will list off every song that contains the same letter at the start and the end.
