Prisoner of Azkaban is good.

As a film, it's the best of the series, especially the cinematography, directing and general tone (which makes sense given Cuaron was in the chair). The main downside was the omission of the Marauder's backstory.

As faithful adaptations, the first two and, to an extent, DHP1 are the best, but not necessarily the best "films".

Del Toro was in line to direct GoF which was a real missed opportunity. Obviously the book couldn't have been adapted 100% given its length, but would have made for an excellent film given his record with dark fantasy and how good Pan's Labyrinth is.
