Lets try and deal in facts;

FACT: Mount Waverley played really well in both games yesterday as evidenced by the results.

FACT: Great form was shown by the Mount boys post match in the 1s by hanging around and having a chat and a beer, less class shown by the mount poster who got on here post game saying the hills player got what he deserved.

FACT: This is the second week the reserves has been called off, in the first instance, EHills whilst provoked (the previously mentioned, now deleted, racial abuse which is still being investigated by the league) would take the lions share of the blame, id suggest the opposite is correct on this occasion

FACT: An Endeavour Hills player in the 2s has recently been released from hospital with a fractured eye socket and cheekbone, no one from mount was "knocked out"-

FACT: No Endeavour Hills player was reported from yesterday's game, a yellow card was given, then the umpire said post game he was mistaken (This incident occurred in the 1s game)

FACT: Its great to have wildy, i mean "here we go" back from suspension ;) sure you can find yourself another six lying around in the weeks to come....

It is concerning that there are 3 incidents that have been discussed on this forum 2 being in the last 2 weeks. The common denominator Endeavour Hills Football Club.

Be very, very careful saying FACT about the Provocation and racial abuse on your third point. This is not at all FACT. I know this as FACT. Some of the actual FACTs are two ambulances attended that game and took away two players knocked out. Another player ended up getting taken to hospital with a Damaged collarbone (behind play), another player was punched then kicked on the ground, another player belted behind play missing days from work. None of those players who got injured were Endeavor Hills players, and all of these were seperate incidents.

The point that should be made is the minority always spoil it for the majority. some players are out there to play football, and some aren't. The ones that aren't are the minority. I sure as hell aren't training two nights a week and spending 16 hours with my club on a saturday to be belted behind play or to be taken out by someone who's interest isn't to enjoy a game of footy with your mates and I don't want to see my mates suffer the same fate.

And there's the defense again about racial vilification being ok.

I thought this discussion was killed when it all got deleted as per usual.

There is no place in any sport for racial taunts, I can assure you that the players at Dandy did not subject anyone to this, Dandy have a number of players within the team from different backgrounds that would have also been offended should the team have engaged in this alleged behaviour.

FACTS are that these issues date to 2009 where Dandy made a decision that was best for the football club and what it stands to remove its thirds team from the comp and players from comp due to continued violence on the field despite numerous discussions with the parties involved and there being no change to their behaviour.

Dr Meow is 100% on the money here as its not hear say.... his words are FACT and not made up.

Cragly what drugs are you on mate no where is it said racial vilification is ok. It is not acceptable on the sporting ground or in the community. Cragly you where not at the Dandenong Endeavour Hills Game so what gives you the right to get on here and be the Judge Jury and Executioner go back to the Ammos and comment on something you know about.

I take great offence to personally and my football club being tainted with the brush of being a racist. I have personally lived and worked overseas in third world countries volunteering in orphanages building infrastructure in these communities. I dont tolerate racisim and i wont associate myself with small minded people that are Racist.

The incidents in this game were weak and gutless perpertrated by thugs not wanting to put the head over the ball and go the footy. Furthermore what is even more gutless is that instead of doing the crime doing the time is hiding behind the racial vilification card.

I'm not here to put any particular person in the gun for what was said and done, but at the same time i'm not going to stand by and watch some people besmirch the name of my football club, so here goes again

There WERE racial comments made consistently, on AT LEAST 5 seperate occasions during the reserves game between the hills and Dandenong.

Here's the kicker...many of those comments were made to players who have never played for Dandenong.

There will be more to be heard on this.....

Steve Hape (St Kilda City Football Club) was found guilty of striking. S Hape was suspended until the end of season 2012. I know its a different league but this guy pushed an UMPIRE. Is this punishment long enough?

So you are going to stand there as rep for your club right now and say no one was racially vilified from the opposition at that game?

As I recall, before the deletion of the other posts that other blokes (Possibly Dandy) were openly justifying it.

And that any gutless and weak efforts displayed was, as a result of said vilification, and that it is acceptable to racially vilify because of?

You know I may not have been there, but that doesn't mean I cant detect when someone is trying to cover up something by reflecting.

Take this from me. I think regardless of what's said and what's done, there needs to be an education process for all clubs within the SFL on racial vilification. From what I can read here, all of you boys are dead against it and rightly so. There are unfortunately people within clubs that do use it as a tactic onfield, I have certainly experienced it first hand. It needs to be stamped out, not by me doing a song and dance about it, but by leaders of the clubs, people like yourselves that go back to your clubs and say to everyone that this has no place on or off the field. Good on you boys...play on.

The league does have an education process that ALL clubs were advised to attend which was within the last fortnight.

So youre going to accuse a club of something, when you openly admit you dont have the facts, and the only evidence is a post that was removed, and your gut feel?

Have you thought that posts have been removed due to the lack of fact associated with them?

I am going to stand here and stick up for my club and say that not one dandenong player racially villified another Endeavor Hills Player Prior during or post game.

Now belting a bloke and kicking him in the head whilst he is on the ground is a weak gutless act that is not tolerated in todays society. If this was on video the player would of been jailed because it is not tolerated. At the tribunal the player used the defence he was racially villified second weak effort not manning up and taking the consequences of his actions. The player he struck was also of ethnic heritage. 10 weeks not satisfactory. Cragly as i understand your argument our players 4 of whom ended up in hospital deserved it as they had prompted the behind play king hits. Mate as i said before your a joke comment on C Grage Ammos you muppet

knighthatzi, i am just a man:D no more no less:) hope that satisfies your request. and it is bad form to ask who you are in real life :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

There seems to be a bit of fact throwing around goin on here.

Too clarify a few things, from a personal point.

The dandy player who hurt his shoulder, hurt it going for the ball, in a fair bump, in front of the umpire. How do I know i'm the one who bumped him!

Endeavour hills has never condoned the actions of our player but as someone who played on the day I can say as FACT i heard on numerous occasions and can name the players i heard it from & I'm happy to sign sat decs, saying so.

The racial villification was worse from the crowd. It was absolutely disgusting to say the least and I'm a trady so i've heard it all. But some of the things coming from men and women in the crowd repulsed me. Next time we play if they have the guts to turn up I'll point them out to any one who asks.

Our player, had an umblemished record and was incredibly embarrassed about his actions on the day, he was suspended for 10 weeks, and will serve his time. He himself ended up in hospital that night, after he was gang attacked by 6-7 guys, which the umpire had to pull him out.

The umpire has been quoted saying "I pulled him out because I feared for his safety" Why the umpire never reported any of the dandy player who were attacking him remains unanswered. But that is another discussion.

Racial Villification is a disgusting thing in society and some of the players/ spectators of the dandy football club need a good hard look at them selves.

another person with a STORY to tell ,:)now tell us the story about mt waverly game.:D:D:D:D:D

Mate i witnessed this first hand and that was after he ran up behind a player and belted him in the side of his head knocking him to the ground.
But hey suspended till the end of 2012 is your magic 16 weeks suspension all rolled into one hit so no coming back from that.:D

Having played against the said Endeavour Hills player previously I can safely say that he should have never been allowed to pull on a pair of footy boots again, I think it's funny how 'trouble' seems to follow him but it is everyone else’s fault... As a start up club Endeavour Hills are doing a great job but with low numbers sometimes you have to give anybody a game.

The only thing worse than racial vilification is accusing an innocent party of the act. It seems there is only 1 player in the competition that gets this treatment???? To say the player 'had an unblemished record and was incredibly embarrassed about his actions on the day' is a joke, sorry but it is. Everybody that has played with or against him in division 3 could have told you what he is like, ask him to leave the club and see what happens! Clean up your act Endeavour Hills and clear the crap out of the league and earn some respect for being the club I'm sure you can be.

I personally know Smuu and the boys at Dandenong and they would not put up with the things they are being accused of, the club has a bad rep and is doing its upmost to change this and build a winning culture.

you would be better off concentrating on your football :D,and as for the seniors we will never learn to follow instructions we where pathetic :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Hello, I was told about a mention of me on this website.
Saw something about a dandenong player with a hurt shoulder against Endeavour Hills

That's me, id like to clear up that it was in fair play when i got injured, I had being carrying a shoulder injury from earlier in that game. It was just a fair bump on an already injured shoulder that managed to do some damage to the ac joint, no such bump on me behind play or anything like that. Just to clear the opposing player from any unfair criticism in that particular moment.

That is all I have to say, I have no comment on any incident that day.

Thank you

what fairytale book did you come from:D ,another day another story teller.:eek::eek::eek::eek:

I noticed on the SFL website 2 Endeavour Hills players are up at the tribunal tonight from the Dandy game 2 weeks ago. Any news what there up on?:D

How people are still pathetic enough to be slinging around racial insults in this day and age is beyond me. Christ there aren't half some idiots out there infecting society these days. And of course they say it from the safety of the other side of the fence too.

On a side note though, I'd absolutely love to see someone dare make some rubbish racial comment to the Machine of Southern Dragons fame's face... Not to mention the few other huge units they've got playing for them too.
