For those who haven't seen, they have updated the players to include the latest transfers

I've gone for a cheap defence that will all play (most for decent sides) and loaded up on forwards and midfielders (Shev, Henry, Bellamy, Ballack, Gerrard, etc). Don't want to name the team here because a few guys in my league post here and may copy the bargains. There are plenty of bargain defenders! Is this a good strategy?

I had my only Bolton player (Meite) on the bench

Doesnt matter tho cos i have 6 players tonight including captain (all Chelsea or Man U)

I had Hanhemann, Moore, Eboue, Paintsil, Lescott, Duff, MGP, Gerrard, Fortune, Henry and King play. All scored crap and Trabelsi isn't even in the squad.

I'm on about 60!

Yeah, but don't worry its the same for evryone unless people got lucky and picked out the goal scorers. I have Shev,Cudinci and Ronaldo otherwise I'm disappointed with my score so far.

I know some in our league have Portsmouth defenders and one guy has Yakubu.

Yeah I had Yakubu, but gave him up before the round so I'm not happy. Portsmouth defenders did good this round but they get scored on ALOT.. so they won't be good value this year

I scored 100, which is crap, but got 3rd highest in our league and had to play one of the other 2 who got higher.

Yes, our league is crap, but it is fun to play with mates.
