Ive watched 2 premiership games and 2 JLT games and the same thing is happening. As soon as the opposition wins the ball there is multiple oppoenents goalside taking the piss.
Unless they scrap the gameplan altogether we are going to get cained all year. Wait until a good team gets that sort of chances we will be slaughtered.

Sorry to intrude here. Was watching the game with a mate of mine who is a Saints fan. He summed it up well as I'm a Melbourne supporter. He reckons Richardson is ruining St Kilda as Neeld did Melbourne. Recruiting sub-tier players in Steele, Savage, Stevens, Brown, Carlisle, Longer, Bruce, Membrey, Freeman. Just blokes that are majority C/couple of B graders at best which has cost them big time in building up a fresh team. Seems as though the depth just isn't there and neither is the top end talent, unfortunately. Hoping for the best though!

Need a small ball forward line up similar to Richmonds. Not saying it will work, but you need to teach the midfielders to hit targets, look for avenues, lower the eyes rather than try to the same spot everytime going long. Midfield got came 2nd in the contests, too many players got sucked in and they won the battle on the outside. Credit to North Melbourne they came to play, but they were the only team to play.

We've just got no game plan, or to put it straight if there is one, we don't have the right players to execute the game plan. What makes it worse if we have a bad year we've recruited a full back in Logan who isn't currently getting a game for pick 20.
