St Kilda will smash Hawthorn/Bulldogs!

Saints are looking pretty good but any of the teams in the 8 can beat any other team in the 8 on any given day. Its going to be a great series.

It is nice to see that there are at least some rational and sensible football supporters left .... couldn't agree more with your sentiments. Should be a cracking finals series ....

Whether they can beat Geelong reamins to be seen but everyoen should now that when St kilda finally got it right with the set-up and are in Form an absolutely class about Hawthorn and more so the Bulldogs.

This Year St Kilda is the real deal! also expect Gehrig to come back into the fold!

Right....how did St Kilda go the two times they played the Dogs this year?

You are a professional KNOBJOCKEY mate!! The Saints are a class above those Teams below them on the ladder. That is about it. Hawthorn put the cue in the rack (so to speak) a few weeks ago.

Good luck on the weekend. You will need it.

It's finals time and that means everyone is now on a level playing field.

If the Saviour believes that his team are capable of smashing the doggies and the hawks then let him live that dream.

Saints will defeat Geelong this weekend, but will most likely get defeated in the preliminary final. The Saints have a proven history of winning matches when they are under-dogs and loosing matches when they are favourites.

And....Nick Riewoldt will win the Brownlow.

Haven't you been the under-dogs in virtually your entire VFL/AFL life? Using your logic the Aint's should have about 107 Premiership cups by now!!

Sean Dempster sucks. And he looks like he's suffering from depression, thank goodness he is out of the team. Look, St.kilda are one of the form teams of the comp......... but i'm not sure if they have the fire-power to get past the likes of Hawthorn or the doggies. And I know they beat Hawthorn not long ago, but you get the feeling that they would struggle to do it again.

To beat a quality side in Essendon like they did i would say they can even smash Geelong :p

cant see them having much of an impact without Sean Dempster

What's with your signature?

Saints have been mediocre all year, and now that their in 4th after beating Bombers by 100+, their automatic contenders to the top 3?
LoL! Pull the other leg too..

this thread does not represent us stkilda fans. thank you.

We have lost twice to the dogs convincingly and whilst we beat the hawks i doubt they were ON that day or at least that half.

The ladder is exactly right. Stkilda are the fourth bets team in 2008 and im confident the finals will reflect this.

:thumbsu:

Back to school champ.

Is the prelim at Telstra dome? Saints will be playing outdoors and out in straight sets.. How many games have you won away from the dome again?:p

How many Top 4 sides have you beaten again?

About as well as your side has done since Round 15.
