Everyone froths over him because he gets high possession counts.

I've been banging on about him for years, he's the most overrated player in the 30+ year history of the club.

Just a stat padder who has absolutely zero influence on a game. He's a big reason why our midfield has stunk for last 3-4 seasons.

To be honest , that’s a very annoying game . Didn’t turn up with intensity , didn’t prepare for slippery wet weather footy when it’s been obvious for months that was going to be likely

Many words to be spoken about Smith, it’s just more of what he’s provided post 2020. Thought they finally realised last year they had to get him out of defence but there he was much like the rest of the team which was setup like Nicks had forgot everything he’d learnt throughout the whole of last season.

Berry is never gonna be an elite mid. I would prefer we prioritise Soligo who is ten times the player Berry will ever be. Also would prioritise Edwards over Berry.

Not uncommon to see hack kicks out of the 50, having spare makes it easier to win the ball back

Yep, totally concede an outnumber around the ball because you could get an intercept that you couldn't get back into scoring range in time.
