I dunno if u were joking with this post but i would change 75% of that team around (forwards look great, everything else not so much and will need to be tweaked).

FIRST OFF the starting 22:

Ur backline is missing 1 player and anyway all those players are avg DTers at best compared to others (Kennelly the pick of the lot but questions on his fitness at this point of the start of the season).

Ur centreline: Carrazzos output may decrease with Judd and Stevens in the midfield, hes not gna get first hands to the ball (Add to that Gibbs moving to the midfield and Murphy, Scotland and so on).
Maybe change McNamara for sum1? Masten down to Craig Bird then McNamara up?
I think McNamara aint always a surething even in our rebuilding midfield. Sum ppl rate him very highly but the thing is hes fighting for the last couple of spots in the side with Masten, Ebert etc. Then also Spangher, Graham etc if we are playing a tall side.

In ur rucks: Starting michael gardiner... hmmm no. Maybe change Gardiner to Leuenberger (I see him avging 40+ which is higher than i expect of Gardiner, even if he stays fit).

In the fwd line, that seems fairly ok. Looks like u have a trust in key position players so consider Hall or Fev for Ebert.

Dunno if u wanna take my advice but thats just my two cents, i have a feeling u were pulling my leg with ur team cos its pretty average (despite the forwards which are top class

AND a word on ur reserves:
There are better options for cheap young backs like Scott D. Thompson, Darren Pfeiffer and Lachlan Hansen. Although Edwards aint a bad pick. In your forwards look at Cyril Rioli.

My sincerest apologies to the west coast supporters for jumping in on their board to answer this one, but that really is a fairly poor question that shows you have done no research whatsoever.

To point you in the right direction:

1) Check his pre-season to see "if he's fit" - ie check if he played 3 out of the 4 pre season games.
2) Check his previous season history to see if it's likely he'd be a part of the best 22 at West Coast. For example if someone plays every game during a season they are likely to be an important part of the side.

Imo yes. He played in a semi final against collingwood and played well. He should be a regular. Think Sam Butler in 2006

On the contrary it was a fairly simple and straightforward question about one player that I happen to have not done any research into to see if he's playing this week (I know he's played nab cup and scored fairly well but as I'm sure you know, that doesn't mean he'll get a game round 1). As I'm at work and don't have a lot of time to do anymore research and lockout is fast approaching, I thought I'd post it on here to get a quick and easy answer.

The last thing I expected on the Eagles board was to be patronised by (of all people) a Swans supporter.

Its a pretty poor question regardless. Brett Jones has been as very good player now for a while and I would imagine has been in the group of "always picked if fit" for well over a season.

Definately will play and would be a good selection in DT.

Yeh no worries.. poor question if you're an eagles supporter maybe. Living in Perth you tend to get them shoved down your throat every five minutes and they start to blur into one another.

Just have to hope Lonergan gets 3 games and scores reasonable well. Had to leave for uni when only half the teams were announced so went the safe bet with Lonergan knowing he had been named. Wish the Saints game had been named earlier, Geary = awsome
