45 really turns around into a one of the better if not the best new era season for me at the time.

46 is pretty shit.

47 has felt the most like old Survivor to me. Good season overall and trending towards the best since 40.
Thanks.
I will kick 45 off again on the weekend.
I will watch 46 as well then but only out of continuity really.

What is Teeny for a name? Is it short for Tina?

Unsure if you eventually got this answer Gaso, but it's Christine in this case.

Thank you everyone.
I will resume my Survivor adventure with season 45 (although I may have to re watch the first 2 eps)
I hate that it has become a show I no longer look forward to each week, that said I have enjoyed a lot more the recent seasons of Aust Survivor, I think JLP has really grown into the hosting role and makes the show watchable where as Probst just doesn't really cut it for me anymore.

The juxtaposition of a fake idol causing more paranoia than an actual idol no one knew about...

Been a great couple of weeks of Survivor, even if it's heading to a predictable finale. Even did appreciate the off-Broadway trio of Sam, Sue, Teeny acknowledging their place in the game (tho a Rachel v Gen showdown would have been awesome)

Didn't mind Teeny being out of pocket last episode about Sam, but she's been nowhere near it gameplay wise.

Rachel playing an epic game. If she loses from here it will be an all time bungle.

Sam doing amazing to just keep hanging by a thread when he's been on the outs since the Sierra vote.

At least one of them will be making fire next week, possibly both if one of the spuds somehow learn how to do challenges.

Teeny and Sue both vying to be the goat of goats. If either Sam or Rachel lose fire, it's a unanimous clean sweep to the other at FTC surely, barring any morons going with a lame ally vote like perhaps Caroline throwing one to Sue.

Feel like Rachel should have been targeting Sam tonight anyway. Seems like he would be the bigger fire making challenge and that's all she really needs to worry about right now

That stacking challenge was basically for the million. You'd kick yourself for a while about getting close and knocking it over.

Andy talked himself into getting voted out but given the prevailing opinion on his game by the others he probably had to do something to change perceptions before the final tribal when it is often too late.

Purely from an edit perspective how often does the person who we get told is a 100% lock to win if they make the end actually make the end and win?

This feels like Sam's game to me with Rachel being the final obstacle for him to overcome. Could see him both beating her at fire and just going to the end with her and still winning

I would say Yam Yam and Dee were both obvious winners from a decent way out like Rachel

Actually there is some guy watching those seasons so I will put it in a spoiler

Carson was the person we were being told as an audience would win if he made the end I think and Dee was dominant as a player but I don't recall there being a lot of talk about she is for sure winning if she makes the end.

They don't usually telegraph it this obviously

Dee was pretty close to a lock iirc but Jesse was thought to be too. 43 could fit pretty well with your theory just thinking about it

Andy/Cody
Gen/Karla
Rachel/Jesse

Which could leave

Sue/Gabler
Sam/Cassidy
Teeny/Owen

Which would be a hell of a finale
