Finally get a chance to be up and watch this. Any chance we drop Wade, highest score of 17, two other scores totalling nine, SR of 118 and missed a catch and a runout against Afghanistan that could have been pivotal. It's late in the tournament but I've always felt Inglis was better suited. Other than that, Starc in for Agar, you'd assume (despite being quite tidy).

India will obviously come in as massive favourites here as there's nothing much funnier than sportswatching fans and short term memory, but think it should be a good competitive match tonight. The classic "loss we need" kind of vibes. Australia will be happy to take the win in any case, but NRR is gonna likely matter massively for the AFG situation - we've got a decent head start but they should make mince meat of Bangladesh

Might be washed out looking at the forecast.
Looked at the rain radar and there's definitely some stuff coming in but it's too early to say whether it'll hit on time. That said, I have no idea how rain radars work when you're a bunch of island nations and the weather appears to be coming entirely from the open ocean side.

Any idea where I can stream this from Europe (Spain)? If it goes ahead of course...
Icc official website is playing it for free for all non-cricketing nations. Stream is very good but only plays during the match, no pre or post game

Most of the rain from the big storm might miss it at least for the beginning of the match. The big red is headed towards Grenada, but only current risk is that it seems to be growing in side which may end up properly hitting St Lucia.

Hasn't really had an opportunity. He's performed in backs to the wall situations before and done so for a long time.

Australia have won the toss and have opted to field

Australia have a psychological edge over India in big matches /big moments. Can they overcome that fear today?
Group stage India is a different beast unfortunately. I cant remember the last time we beat them in a group game.

Hopefully we win in a manner that Afghanistan cant realistically overtake our NRR. We have a ~36 run head start.

Good decision to bowl first. With rain delays inbound batters will not be sure how much to make, and obviously have limited comms opps. And Australia get the additional mindgame factor given the WC final, albeit gonna be very minor
