That Barca-esque one looks great, was essentially what I was planning to do as an away for one of my designs
I really like the sandy colour with the primrose and forest green.
Would love to see it in a harlequin style design.
The middle one of these as an away jumper. Its a simple, almost traditional but not quite, design.
Swap the green and rose for home.
For clash, a predominantly yellow (traditionally primrose) version with green number and rose top third on the front.
All in that same pattern, just swapping colours over as necessary. A simple jumper in state colours, without using the map for club football.
Of course, being a club and not a state rep team as such, a move away from state colours is also an option. But even then, green as a base seems a decent choice given the lack of use of green in the AFL.

So many possibilities. The colour combinations are original. Leave SoO Guernsey for heritage/retro rounds. They can play around with the map itself, the T in different fonts and designs (not inside the map unless heritage) the devil marsupial itself, the WB Tassie Devil maybe at some stage.
i did do these up at the same time as the other 3, in a similar vein to what you're talking about alternating colours similar to the second one of my previous post. the somewhat muted colour palette of tassie's colours really work well together.

For me i don't think they'll come up with a design better than number 4! They'll pay a company millions to come up with something half as good. Not that there needs to be a meaning but nearly looks like a road that connects the north and south of Tasmania.

I love the Devils logo in the Talent League but I'd hope they ditch the state colours for the most part. Rename the U19 side to the Mariners and they could use something like this as their logo in the AFL.

1. Might piss of the north islanders not having their coast.
2. We probably have too many predominantly red Guernsey's in the league.
3. Too much yellow.
Can you turn those 3 stripes into a sash? I reckon it would look sick.
