Current Tesla cybertruck packed with explosives is detonated outside Trump Tower Vegas

* US Army veteran and Green Beret, 37yo Matthew Livelsberger, has been identified as the driver of the Tesla Cybertruck that exploded outside of president-elect Donald Trump's Las Vegas hotel.

While the vehicles used by the Bourbon Street attacker and Livelsberger were both rented at Turo, law enforcements believes there is no connection between the two.

Livelsberger's purported writings specifically assert his actions were not a terrorist attack and makes attempts to pre-emptively dispel any notions he was acting under hostile influence, duress or control.

Why ignore the Trump tower attack for?

I mean the thread is misleading to be fair. It was ISIS Terror AttackS as it was multiple attacks
Not ignoring anything. A bomb was planted outside a building owned by Trump but the attacks overall don't look like they were targeting Trump. Otherwise there'd be bombs outside Trump Towers, Mar El Lago, his casinos, etc etc. The primary target of the attacks was a New Orleans street party.

Targetting Trump specifically makes this a political attack, not a US one I feel.

With Trump having 4 more years I think this is just the beginning of politically motivated terrorist attacks in US :(
Can you please explain your thinking in more detail ... a politically motivated attack by who?

FBI claiming no link.

Heaps of veterans in the US. Heaps of veterans have mental health issues. Not at all impossible that they’re unconnected.

A Trump Hotel in Vegas and Bourbon St in NOLA have no real connection.

It's believed Livelsberger shot himself in the head before the explosion.

Matthew Livelsberger was a 37-year-old veteran from Colorado Springs, who had served in the army since 2006.

He rose through the ranks through several deployments including twice to Afghanistan and serving in Ukraine, Tajikistan, Georgia and Congo, according to military officials.

He was awarded two Bronze Stars, including one with a valour device for courage under fire, a combat infantry badge and an Army Commendation Medal with Valour.

He left a large series of writing, some may call a manifesto and which go to motive, details of which are just starting to come through.

It's beginning to look like he did this to get attention, that he wanted the attention specifically of Trump and Musk.

I was opening a thread for this when you posted. Yeh it's very, very interesting.
I listened to the discussion and read some of the X comments/related posts. There looks to be some verifiable information included in the email, but the gravitational propulsion stuff is out there. Mixing truths, partial truths and fabricated information is a classic method used to provide some 'validation' for propaganda / conspiracy theories. Our minds definitely feel better having some truths there.

I am sceptical but will follow.

Looks like some serious attention seeking after breakup with his wife.

Mind clearly not in a great place.

Unlike the ISIS convert, this one doesn't appear to be about inflicting maximum harm on others.
