Wasn't too far off. Cats had more than their share of chances.
4.4 in the 4th vs 1.3. Could easily have run over the top if a few things went their way.

I think any rational Carlton supporter can realise Ross Lyon is a far superior coach to Michael Voss.

So I had a moment today and scrolled back on the AFL app to the story with this video. I listened to the whole 28 minute video and I can tell you, categorically, that at no point did Brad say that the Bombers were a contender. Basically that the changes like Stringer open up a lot of options to see who fits, takes their game to the next level etc. He didn't come out and say "We are shit" but if you read between the lines, you can sort of say that he's hosing down expectations a bit.
It's kind of nuts because it's still year 3 for him, but he's kind of talking almost like year 1 of a rebuild.
Anyway the article DID say that he thinks they can contend this year. So after taking into account all the information.
Brad = Not good
Me = Exonerated
You = Probably in the wrong because I'm not sure you watched the video and if you did, you didn't make it clear enough you had, could have saved me some time.

I was wrong. It was 1.2 to 4.4
So it would be 17.6 to 17.9 and Cats would win by 3.
Was also 23 scoring shots to 26.
Not that any of that matters. I was simply saying that they put up about as good a fight as they could outside of scoring accuracy.
