As I understand it the choosing of prizes was a process that was adopted for previous sponsorships, and the feedback I received earlier in this thread is that was the preferred process this year as well. The idea behind it is to not have winners of unwanted prizes, and thus maximise the benefit for users. Note that anyone who doesn't nominate a prize will be randomly allocated to one.

It is going to cause too much confusion if we change the process now, but after the first sponsorship I will be seeking feedback for the next sponsorship. See how things go, and if you still think things should be done differently let me know.

My information from ringing the Lions office is that all postage and handling costs are included in the sponsorship.

I wasn't sure if you could split the delivery of all of the prizes so I thought I would ask just in case it was getting delivered to one person and then forwarded from there
