Waiting to hear Plugger35 views on the umpires

Amazing that none of the umpires or match referee knew the rules

Taylor must be a Saints supporter, only explanation for such shit umpiring.

Shame he couldn't get his ton, he was the only Pom to show some balls with the bat and he's about as short as Sooz.

It's the same old story with Watson, if he couldn't bowl, he'd have been f***ed off out of all formats a long time ago.
Fair go, Fyfo. The bloke averages 40 with a strike rate of 90 in ODIs. I would have thought even his harshest critics would admit he's a gun one-day player.

And he copped an absolute cracker first pill. As I always say, anyone can make a duck.

What's he done lately though? The years where he was dominant (he was opening then too) are a fair way gone. Once Faulkner comes back, there's no place for him in that side, a better player (or at least one in better form) than him will miss out.

Yeah, probably right. He's in the cross-hairs for sure. We were talking about it after our game today. Probably Bailey and Watto out for Clarke and Faulkner.

But if Woakes could catch, Watson might have made runs and Finch would be looking over his shoulder.

Recorded the game because I played today. Watching the Aussie innings -whoever is running the coverage is doing well with the stats. Not just stuff like each batsman's record against each bowler, but also stats like Maxwell has a strike rate of 143 in overs 41-50, and Mitch Marsh hits a boundary every three balls in overs 41-50.

I might need to watch Willy Wonka tomorrow.

Pretty sure he didn't get one of the 5 golden tickets. Sure seems that way though:oops:

I've never had an issue with Twattos ODI game, just he's so bloody inconsistent at Test level it ain't funny

That applies for every sport that they invent.
haha so true. Cannot think of 1 sport England are good at tbh

OT. We'd be closer to a football world cup trophy than England:)

At least we can win a shootout:p

Sorry I couldn't get enough reception to contribute to this from my excellent seats at the MCG yesterday  (also, I forgot and may have had a few beverages)

So the important things I took out from the game:
- They had KFC for sale bitches yeah
- Watson surely must know his time is up. His fielding was shit too. He was leaving balls for other guys to fetch, and could've caught one out if he actually noticed it was coming his way.
- We need more Mitchells
- Are you saying Boo or Booroad? (I was saying Boo)
- That last one wasn't out cos the initial umps call of out came before the runout. Morgan (the flog) and a bunch of England officials were having a sad about it for ages after the game. IT'S NOT LIKE IT WOULD'VE CHANGED THE OUTCOME YOU FLOGGOS!
- Taylor is a Leprechaun with magical batting powers

Oh and Faulkner still hasn't bowled since his injury, but he has batted. So I reckon In: Clarke, Faulkner Out: Bailey, Twatto. Bailey hit a good 1/2 century but I just find he looks really jumpy at the start of his innings and I think a better team, like SA or the UAE, might be able to exploit that easily.

Don't worry, there's plenty of time for DeVilliers to double-tonne up & humiliate zimbabwe

^^This. They've just given the best batsman in the world 40 overs to bat.

Also, as to your point before about Morgan and the Poms being shitty, they had every right to be, Taylor has never made an ODI century and was robbed of one in a WC.
