The Big Buddy move??

In what way is it "no doubt" a failure? Made a grand final with him and came up against arguably the greatest team of all time.

Been a superstar every year and without him they wouldn't of been top of the ladder. Ridiculous comment. Teams go 50 years without a flag but taking a big risk on one of the best players in the modern era is a failure if they don't get a flag? Righto

No doubt a failure so far, Needs to win them a flag for it to be a success and that may not happen, Losing players will start to happen as well starting with Tom Mitchell, This bold move may really blow up in their faces sooner rather than later.
Gone as well as the Ablett move to the Gold Coast

This bloke is so right. Crappiest move in history. Buddy is a massive spud and delist material. Swans wasted so much cash on him and they're stuck with him for 6 more years. Look past all his goals, impact on the team, skill under pressure, match winning games and his unreliable stats for a key forward, he is the worst player to pull on the boots. Sydney is heading in the wrong direction because of this move.

Is their best player. Like saying if geelong dont win a premiership the dangerfield trade is a failure or drafting jobe watsons a failure because essendon havent won a premiership

Get a grip on reality

Buddy is a superstar, the Swans will never regret picking him up.

The bigger question is will Buddy regret his decision? He had three choices - Hawthorn, Sydney and GWS. He's already missed 2 flags at Hawthorn and on today's showing, you'd be brave to think the Swans will win more during the remainder of his career than GWS.
