Yeah, it might be Barca, but it is Barca in somewhat of a rebuild and the manager is fricken Ronald Koeman. Why anyone would take that over English Champions Liverpool with Jurgen Klopp in charge, I have no idea.
I agree. Honestly I do. Though it's Barca. Heck, Salah has been trying to leave to Madrid for two years or at least after his first season and they've been crap since. I think we are willing to sell mane too as both the front three are getting on and we can use one to rebuild and Klopp is a fan of Dembele.

It's been in the pipeline since 2018. In this article Salah says, "he liked at Liverpool" and that's why he stayed though that's not what happened. Salah wanted Madrid to make him the highest paid player and they told him he's dreaming. It comes in and out the story as time has gone in.

Dembele trashed Klopp's apartment in Dortmund, he aint no fan. Poor attitude, not a Klopp player. Barca is not attractive atm compared to us.
Can Klopp not change his attitude/make him a better player?.he's done it with others like mane..dount Klopp is not.going to sign a player he supposedly likes because he thrashed his apartment as a teenager. How old was Dembele when he did it?
What does being an attractive proposition even mean? Barca made it further than us in the champs league and they reguarly challenge for la liga..better weather. Most players dreams. I don't get it.

It's easy enough to say stop them but it's very difficult both given the sheer quality of them, particularly Trent who effectively has technical attributes of a world class midfielder. Somehow finding a way to shut their space down might work but then you're opening up the space for Ox and Keita to make those runs in.
Thiago is a no brainer in turns of adding that extra dimension anyhow.
Our priorities this window are a CB and Thiago.

Gini's on 75k and Barca's likely to at least double that
It would be his last big payday of his career and he deserves the raise

I would be very surprised if the contract we are offering hasn't got a decent increase in pay after his last couple of seasons.

No way Grujic stays. We want to sell him but if we can't we will loan him out again. Midfield is stacked so Grujic is absolutely surplus to requirements.
Apparently everyone is loving Koumetio and see him as a possible 4th choice but not sure what those rumours are about as he's only 17.
We're not selling Mane. We're just not.

Yeah we need to buy a centre back, really worried that Matip and Gomez won't last the season, but people are asking for so much money even for someone like Ben White
If Barca sell Messi then they're going to give mane a shot. Doesn't look likely now though. He's been with us 4 years. Doesn't owe us anything. The players aren't as loyal as we think they are bruh.
150k is around what we pay for Sadio and Bob, doubt we're willing to make Gini the same tier as them which would prompt those other players to also ask for more

Think that FSG has form in not caving in. They didn't sell Suarez, just don't think they will sell Mane unless they want to. And if they want to they will absolutely fleece Barca. I still don't think he's the kind of marquee signing you'd plunk a massive Messie windfall on.
