Happy with bringing in Bryant, but unhappy with losing Bones. Especially for so little.

Nuggets consistently lost the minutes Bones played.

Bones out and Bryant in makes their bench much more competitive.

Very young and talented who have proven to be a nightmare against us (The Celtics) this season.

As much as losing Durrant and Irving hurts that Nets line up with Bridges and Johnson to come in looks promising. Pretty even spread across the board and not relying on one player scoring large.

Not saying it is good enough to put away the Celtics or Bucks in playoffs but it looks a pretty even mix.

Don't mind the deal for you, as you can try in the offseason to acquire a better fitting SF, but to say the guy who had the equal best +/- on the team 'sucked' is a bit perplexing.

The last month or so he was tanking our offense by either shooting 3s at like 15% efficiency, or then becoming Ben Simmons and refusing to shoot wide open 3s because he knew he wouldnt make them.

He had major yips and I doubt we wanted him to pick up his 12m dollar option next year.

Think it was more about getting off Graham's contract for us, Richardson's contract is expiring.

Short term, he might be a better fit at shooting guard than any of the back up options we've used this season. We've had our only true two-guard playing defacto point guard most of the season, and backup minutes have been shared between players who are either point guards, small forwards or non-shooters.

Don't mind the deal, not really happy with the course of events that led to us paying a first and three seconds to turn Lonzo into Josh Richardson though.



Nothing surer, it's just amusing considering what he has been saying in the media in recent weeks.

I do agree getting off grahams contract is a good move..its a pity that richardson had to come in to get it done but i suppose as an expiring contract it does make sense.
