I don’t understand why the judges praise or criticise rooms based on their size, when the contestants have no control over that.

Didn’t think any of this weeks rooms were anything too fabulous tbh.

They were all a bit meh to me.

But I think H4 probably made the best use of the space functionality-wise and it was the best room of the lot. The Christian Cole table & mirror were outstanding, and the black plywood they did turned out excellently. I agreed with the judges that they should have used the burnt wood in the living room and not the bedroom, though.

Haydn Wise and Chelsea Expecting Second Child​

The Block 2024’s Haydn Wise and his partner Chelsea are expecting their second child together shortly after welcoming their first!

At the start of the current season of the hit renovation show, the couple announced that their first child, Matilda, had entered the world.

Speaking to Woman’s Day on October 7, Chelsea gushed that she was pregnant with baby number two “within the first month” of Haydn returning home from filming.

“Everyone’s a little bit shocked. I guess when it rains, it pours,” the 36-year-old beamed.

Brad was cheating with Mimi and apparently Kylie has broken up with him.

For context, this wasn’t the first time Brad had been unfaithful to his wife.

“Kylie comes across as grumpy on the show because she caught Brad cheating before filming started,” one source told So Dramatic!.

“She tried to quit the show before it started but was talked into continuing because of the contract.

“She stomped around saying, ‘I don’t want to be here’ the whole time, and then she caught him cheating with Mimi, so she walked out and refused to keep filming.” And suddenly, her on-screen behaviour makes sense!

Another insider told So Dramatic! that Brad and Mimi “didn’t hook up”, but they did something that “crossed a line” in Kylie’s eyes.

“Towards the end of the season, around week eight, the cast were having drinks, lots of drinks actually,” the insider recalled.

“Kylie walked in on Brad in a compromising position with Mimi. They weren’t doing anything physical. They were flirting and being a little too friendly. But the fact everyone was drunk didn’t help the situation.”

Even though he didn’t “physically cheat” on Kylie, it “triggered emotions” because of his past infidelity, causing her to “overreact”.

The source said no “texts” were involved, despite previous reports. However, upon reading the news stories, Kylie “started to spiral and think there were texts she didn’t know about”.

“But no, it was just that drunken incident,” the source insisted.

“That’s when Kylie decided she was done. She left the show, refused to film the communal space because she didn’t want to be around Brad and Mimi, and didn’t return. It was the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

She also “refused” to play along with production, “covered” the cameras “with her hands” whilst filming and became “really unruly”. And who could blame her!

The incident with Brad and Mimi must have happened at the buyer's jury event,, as everyone, especially Mimi, was drinking heavily during that. And this week is also week 8.

Agreed, the worst casting the show has had, saved really by the two girls coming in late. There is always drama but this year has been a hard watch. Kylie could be the worst contestant the show has ever had.

The judges were spot on tonight. I think Kristian and Mimi's room switch is a good one. It was just styled in a weird way for a room coming off the pool.

The judges were spot on tonight. I think Kristian and Mimi's room switch is a good one. It was just styled in a weird way for a room coming off the pool.

For Kristan ans Mimi the room will work as long as it is set up well, perhaps if Mimi didn't sleep all the time then it would have been planned better, however the idea has merit and is a good one.

Kylie is definitely a cow, I don't think that's in question, but part of this is also the editing as well to amplify the drama.

End of the day it's mote like just a cranky old bitch being a cranky old bitch towards some younger more talented girls. Not saying it's right, just that it is edited to be amplified.

I read somewhere that the guy who has done the casting for the last 15 years on the show has quit or retired, and next season will have someone new in charge of casting.

You want people that have a few downs but also have some life. A Ronnie and Georgia type couple are always good. Explosive but keep going.

Watching super grumpy people with no personality and having breakdowns episode after episode isn't good TV.

The only good thing about Kylie is she does have a different style to some extent. Mimi brings nothing to show.
