I think for a wet Thursday night, that is actually a pretty decent crowd.

Puffers could only dream of drawing this sort of crowd with those things considered

Congratulations! Hawthorn are undoubtedly at a level which every Australian sporting team aims to reach, and provide a supporter experience all fans can only dream of having.

It's simply embarrassing how opposition fans behave in general (and in particular on this website) towards the Hawks, simply out of jealousy.

Instead of acting in a massively immature way towards the club, I'll what is right and applaud the remarkable job Alistair Clarkson & co have done over the past decade or so. :sunglasses:

The Hawks let you have Bolton, he revamps Carlton who are now progressing towards success, yet you're still acting in a disrespectful way? You should be ashamed of yourself.

You've got class Thomas ... A rarity on the bay! :$:thumbsu:

What a top notch post.

A rare honest gem in this cesspool of Hawthorn envy.

What was the forecast though? People need to make a call hours before the game starts. I can't believe I even need to explain this.

Oh yeah... and for all the games Port had low crowds there was a very small slight chance of a terrorist attack on AO and rain and a tsunami, so people made the call to stay away

Umm wtf you clearly weren't there. It was freezing. And the forecast was for thunderstorms and hail.

Actually I was there... I got a ticket from a crows mate who was too soft to go last night. Just a shame Norf couldn't make you guys pay for kicking 28pts.

Finally sn excuse.

Its as weak as piss but its an excuse none the less.

So no they weren't. But anyway, care to make a bet in regards to home crowds?

Including Kangaroos, Crows have Collingwood, Essendon, Brisbane remaining. Port have Richmond, Hawthorn, GWS and Melbourne.

Let's include last night's crowd, seeing as it was so piss poor - you should easily top it in all of your remaining home games correct? This means that come the end of round 21 (not going to include the showdown or our last home game) we would've played 4 home games each, with Port clearly having the superior crowd numbers (because ours are so shit)

Easy winning bet yep? Winner owns losers sig and avatar from the end of round 21, until the beginning of the 2017 H&A season :thumbsu:

O Thomas...
What's next on the agenda, Global warming, the Brexit?

Are you actually comparing a tsunami and a terrorist attack to have the same likelihood as BOM-predicted rain, hail and thunderstorms?

So you are saying when the Australian Government tells everyone to be on high alert for potential terrorist attacks on home soil, that we should tell them to gagf and trust the BOM are more accurate in their predictions... How often has the BOM forecast something that hasn't eventuated? they are always making mistakes since they are using this thing called prediction and guesstimating which surprise surprise isn't 100% accurate.

Lol there's a bigger chance of me becoming Prime Minister than those dropkicks winning the flag this year.
