Build a ground that resembles a proper shaped ground, give it enough seats to satisfy 100000 fans and make it close enough to the fan base so they can get there at a reasonable price,with a good even soft surface of grass and dont make it too hot or windy or supply local umpires that are used to giving cheap frees based on crowd noise and make it feel like its some kind of tradition that goes back 100 plus years..................... or GTFO

Yeah and we'd be taking that $4.2 million with compounded interest over 30 years with us, would probably be over a billion, with that we could make our own trumped up league. We'd start a fair conference that competed fairly in every aspect of the game with integrity and solid rules that didn't change every five minutes with a judiciary that didn't favour any team over another. The GF would be played at the home ground of the best placed finalist and Umpires like "Free Kick Hawthorn" Stevic would be jailed indefinitely. Pretty soon we'd have a legit competition that based its principles on fans first and not cash.
