Saw Mark LeCras at AusKick this morning (his son Rex is in my son’s team).
Few things of note.
First of all, Rex is a gun AusKicker. Huge left foot and doesn’t mind some of the rough stuff.
Two, Mark will be at his best mates game today. He said, ‘I wouldn’t miss it for the world’.
Finally, Mark still hasn’t lost any of his skills, and is amazing with the kids. Giving out advice, smiles and hi-fives in equal measure. Would make a great coach one day.

It'll be so great if we manage a big lead by 3/4 time and spend the last quarter just trying to feed him goals as the crowd goes apeshit.

So luckily i'm on my way to a corporate box however have been drinking since 10.30 (hey it was 12 in Sydney alright)
Luckily it's almost impossible to get kicked out of the corporate box and the umpires won't hear me yelling from there. I will however be hammered so don't expect anything coherent during or after the game.
