Jacob NG v Hunter Ioane on fox right now is incredible. 3 knockdowns in the first 2 rounds, ref almost stepped in once, missed knockdown i think too. Catch a replay if you can

Both gassed now but fantastic early rounds.

AJ is going to drag this on for ages. Ill be surprised if Fury is next tbh. Usyk/AJ and Fury/Wilder 3 i think is what will happen. Problem is, Fury will win his fight, will AJ? Think he will need some help from the judges tbh...

Fury batters him anyway. AJ might sneak an early round or 2 but it wont be a close fight and Fury doesnt slow down. Mega fight for sure but it wont be a close one IMO. AJ would need to be alot better than today to be competitive.

I feel like Joshua is going to try and drag this one out, real shame, could be one of the great trilogies. I feel Fury is better than Joshua but could see AJ winning one of three.

AJ has about 6 rounds of good cardio but even his work rate in those 6 doesn't match Fury
He has a solid right hand but not like Wilders. Unlike Wilder though, he has size to not be completely overwhelmed like Wilder/Fury 2

Fury is every bit a $1.25 favourite over AJ IMO. Wide decision or AJ quits on his stool/corner throws in the towel late

Not to knock AJ, he beats everyone else in the division (5050 with Wilder IMO), he just doesn't match up with Fury well...

Yeah well Fury has more reach, height and more boxing skill. His chin is crackable though, I feel like maybe Joshua could land on him and being HW he'll have the power to put him down.

AJ to this point would have the deeper resume but yeah Fury would be a warm favourite.

Wilder and Wlad in Germany > AJ's resume IMO

I also think AJ has a worse chin than Fury. No shame in being sat down by Wilder, getting up is incredible. AJ been sat down by Whyte and Wlad and stopped by Ruiz...

Fight has to happen because fans like us are discussing it, debating it, and will argue it until it does. That's the sign of a good and meaningful fight. No one is talking about Usyk but that will happen next and I really think Usyk can spoil plans for AJ/Fury. AJ will need some favourable cards because he will be outboxed technically

Well i would say that Fury's win against Wlad convinced me immediately, in fact it's probably the most convinced i've ever been by one performance. i think if you did an analysis of both their resumes Joshua has fought a larger amount of ranked guys.

I just fear this will end up like Canelo v GGG and even Floyd v Pac, its an obvious fight that gets delayed and delayed, if it was MMA of course it would have already happened.

Yeah this will be delayed by mandatories and contracted rematches but there are no excuses after that. I think 2022 we will see 2 AJ/Fury fights. One in the UK with fans and one in Saudi for them to pocket mammoth money

Funny how MMA has this aura of always getting the biggest fights but it isn't true, it does have less frivolous excuses than boxing though. GSP/Anderson, Aldo/Pettis are 2 pretty good examples. The UFC just kicks on, alters their rankings as they see fit then someone loses which kills any need for the super fight to happen. Jones to HW another good example of big fights being missed. His last 2 years have been pointless
