Rumours floating around that NATE Diaz will fight Woodley for the WW title at 219.

Surely not true..

If it is, we might as well throw the rankings out the window and make title fights by Twitter followers.

I'm conflicted.

It's massive **** you to rankings. The only thing you could say to justify this match up was Nate beating Conor (top 5 p4p) at 170 and a close loss in a FOTY contender. Other than that.....he lost his last fight and is unranked at 170.

On the other hand.....it's a great match up fight. The UFC needs the Diaz brothers fighting again.

If (and its probably the worlds biggest if) Holly can avoid the big shots early I could see superior conditioning coming into play. Cyborg hasn't faced too many women with Holms overall skillset and defence.

Having said that, Cyborg should f**king destroy Holm.

I can definitely see Holm's movement giving Cyborg trouble. She's very quick on her feet and is great at dictating range. I think eventually Cyborg will be able to get her hands on her an either maul her in the clinch or on the ground.
