I thought this was Shogun at first

Darren Till vs Wonderboy set for Feb in the UK.

Massive challenge for Till... But yes please!
Not on. Wonderboy has broken hands so he will be out for a while.

Plus why would Wonderboy take this fight? It makes absolutely no sense for him

I thought it was off purely because Wonderboy wasn't interest?

Because he will fight a striker that will come forward. Giving him the opportunity to get a highlight against a top ten guy that just smashed cowboy.

Till is the only guy that isn't booked in the top 10 apart from Covington and Maia that makes sense. No thanks to the Maia match up.

Fight Till before he gets even better.

Get in the good graces of the UFC.. probably shouldn't be this way, but it is. Ain't no one want to see him fight Woodley any time soon.

He has at least 2 more fights to win before he can even consider fighting for the title again. Just by current match ups.

Apart from Covington (which would probably be a far easier fight) there is no one else.

Wonderboy needs an entertaining opponent. He has the potential to be a superstar but his fights with Woodley are not getting him a shot at the title anytime soon.

Wonderboy gets a titleshot once Woodley loses the belt.

Still think Wonderboy is the best in the division. The second WB v TW was boring as hell however the first fight was a cracker

Woodley is the best WW imo.

Woodley vs GSP would be a gooden.

He is but he has the mentality that he can coast to wins now that he is champ. He has even said that he does just enough to win and thats it. The power he has, He could be the 170pound Rumble

More like he bores his opponents and the audience to death

I don't agree really. I just reckon he had to get the wins and try perform the perfect fight v WB.

Not overly entertaining, but we're talking MMA, and u gotta do what u gotta do for the W. Yeah u will get paid less than some (less entertaining), but lose the title and then see how much u get paid.

Supposibly Woodley is still awhile off with that shoulder.

He will fight either GSP and/or the winner of RDA vs Lawler. He would go in favourite in all three of those matchups imo.

Also, Wonderboy can't be the best in the division if he has lost to the champ. And if he is, run through Till and make you're claim.

First was a draw and the second was a bloody close decision that probably shod have been another draw.
Hardly a definitive lose

I'm of the same opinion as 00Stinger that the Till fight does little for Wonderboy's title claims. Till beat Cerrone who is currently on the worst losing run of his career and has been finished twice in three fights. I think a fight with Masvidal coming off a loss to Thompson makes a lot more sense for Till at this stage than leapfrogging to the top of the division. Jorge will stand and trade with him, should be able to make the Feb/March time frame and I doubt he'd have any problem doing it in England and playing the villain. IF the RDA/Lawler winner gets the next shot at Woodley, I think Thompson vs Covington should be next.

Yeah Covington makes more sense for wonderboy, but only due to the rankings. I understand that, but Till is the next best option on that list imo. It's not like it makes no sense what so ever.

Masvidal v. Till is a cracker... probably more happy with that, as a viewer.

If Wonderboy beats Covington (fairly likely), he ain't getting that shot if Tyron is still champ. It just isn't happening.

He would probably be forced to fight Till if both guys win their next ones anyway. Imo, it's good for Wonderboy because he gets it out of the way before Till gets even better.

I know that's a bunch of what ifs, but it's the scenario that's likely if everyone I expect to win, wins (my recent tipping record suggests this is no chance haha)

Well that ******* sucks!

After the luck of the 217 card holding together, we were probably due.

Dropping like flies at the moment, but pissweak from Silva if it turns a positive test.
