The more time goes on, the more classics like Toy Story and The Lion King seem super impressive achievements and not just in the visuals but in the whole delivery. The tracks in Toy Story 1 are iconic and their placement in the film just sublime.
Add shrek and nemo and they would be the 4 best ever.

No animation means you missed out on Into The Spiderverse.

Though I'm not sure if you're a superhero fan.
Yep. If it's animated chances are I missed it because of what I said. Don't mind superheroes but getting a bit sick of it all now. Would love to see some more lesser known adaptations. 2000AD comics are littered with potentially cool adaptations. I think Duncan Jones is working on a Rogue Trooper movie atm which could be awesome.
Do you have kids?...pretty hard to avoid them with lil ones growing up.
Nope. I can put myself in a retirement home and not visit me thank you very much. But seriously yeah, that is probably a very good reason why it's been easy to miss these things over the years.

Into The Spiderverse is really really good. Well worth the watch.

Finally got around to watch Black Panther, pretty overrated if you ask me

The movie is fine but hardly the masterpiece it’s claimed to be, it even has a better score than The Dark Knight which i still believe is the best superhero movie

Taking my son to see Joker on Thursday night, really looking forward to this. My son's a big comic/superhero fan, but he's lost interest lately in the movies they're putting out, he liked the Dark Knight and earlier Iron Man stuff better.

How many people have we got that haven't seen Blazing Saddles?

I've never seen it. I've never seen a Toy Story film either.

I went and saw Doctor Sleep last weekend. I loved it, though it felt more like a fantasy thriller than a horror movie, and I thought the links to The Shining were rather tenuous.
