Haha, a very long bow to draw but found it funny anyway.

So you are leaving out LU's comment about Hardie being a goose ??? Guess that doesn't bode well for your "foamer" lead shit-throwing within the thread ...............

(again a response to LU)

So you are objecting to the way that Hardie is perceived on BF (by both the "Foamers" and the "Hirdites". A guy who has himself started arguments about how people on BF are basically scum ??? Why are you so concerned about Mr Hardie's feelings ???

What is the meaning of the full federal court decision?

Obviously if it dismisses the appeal - Middleton's verdict is final (High court aside)

However if they agree with the appeal - does that overturn Middleton's decision entirely - or simply re-generate another trial.

Depends on what the Full Bench decision says - they can overturn Middleton's decision entirely, or in part. That won't generate another trial at Federal Court level, however. Next stop is the High Court.

And, after that, the Hird's might try and see whether the now defunct Privy Council can be accessed

Can't they appeal to God?

First optional protocol with UNHCR?

You're a connoisseur I see. blackcat awards you max hipster cred.

Forget dumplings. Almond croissants are the new black.

Oh great don't you all realise that the demand for almonds particularly the trend setting favourite almond milk is what is causing California to sink, the amount of water required to grow almonds is astronomical and is using all the underground reserves of the main growing place California and now you want almond croissants, for gods sake think of the planet, what did it do to deserve this?

Sums up the HTB quite nicely.

Doesn't matter what the end result is.

Hird is guilty.
This trial has nothing to do with Hirds guilt. However, it certainly gives the impression you are guilty if you are trying to bury truthful admissions you made whether you were forced to give them or not. The lawfulness of the investigation is obviously a technicality. That is why we are at an appeal stage of the Federal Court. It isn't clear to even the full bench.

So that is why the majority of the HTB are assuming his guilt. Why would you go to such trouble and cost if you had nothing to hide?
