He's one of those bizarrely unique stories from the 70's. Only played 2 senior games in his career, both against us, both in finals. My memory is of him beating Dench in the semi, but Dench towelling him up in the GF, to the point that he was dragged (in the 3rd quarter, I think) and in those days you were off for good - 19th and 20th man instead of interchange.
