Unwanted war with whom? China? Would be about time they would see some action. They make Trump look like a choir boy in fake news, denial , agression and greed.
Big question: Which side would Russia pick?
Don't the EU is a pal of his, think he is keen to see a split up.
China? Will be interesting if he follows through with blocking sea routes.
Lots of candiates in the ME, especially if he lines up with Israel.
Lots of scenarios.

Doubt he will go to war with ISIS. Boots on the ground in the ME is a nightmare for any POTUS. Obama loved his drones, it did keep the US casualty count down. Israel is loving the fact that Syria is still divided . Don't think they will be jumping for joy to move into conflict anytime soon. But Iran perhaps can entice them. Nothing that Israel can contribute there though.
China is on a deliberate collision course with SE Asian countries. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Nothing peaceful or noble from China A bit of flare up with the Japanese on the 80th anniversary of the Nan King massacre at the end of this year and after a good 11 months of Trumping, why not?

I just see Israel expanding, Palestine not liking, get help from other countries, US sides with Israel with the end result millions more innocents killed.
China will be interesting.

Loving the analogy of Don Don behaving like Caligula, wandering the halls of his palace in the middle of the night, raging against his enemies (real and imagined), and tweeting his outrages (that technology obviously wasn't available to the Roman). To complete the analogy, we need Donny to promote his favourite horse to his inner circle. Oh wait...

Most Muslims in those countries are killed by other Muslims, not Obama the Slayer as the AltReich wants us to believe. Your complaint that it is called a Muslim ban is therefor well justified if they are going to make exceptions for the minority as you described.
And I am glad you are agreeing that morals are put aside for business interests. But whose. The US or Trump. Or are they perhaps the same?

It's a happy coincidence for Trump that his hotel branding ventures happen to be in countries that the US has long standing energy and defense dealings

Yeah...no. It doesn't matter what Palestine likes, Palestine is only a defacto state even to the UN. The Arab League tired of war with Israel a long time ago.

Neither the US or China will start open warfare in or around the South China Sea - neither can afford the economic impact of trade being disrupted in any meaningful way.

Plus it would be super awkward seeing as they both back Israel, much like Stalin backed Israel with the US.

Good point, and I have changed my mind after seeing the Trump twitter on Iran. No quite sure he should be pocking that country.

I just wish he would shut up for awhile.

It's not possible for him.

He loves to posture and puff out his chest and dare people to call him out.

Funny thing is with places like Iran it is essentially holding up a mirror and so far they don't like it. Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps speed boats use to routinely approach US Navy vessels at high speed and then veer off. Trump said if they try that again he'll authorize the USN to blow them out of the water. They stopped their bullshit.

Blessed are those who still believe in coincidence.
Don't use the word energy. It is plain and simple: oil. And oil means defense contracts. And where the big bosses wheel and deal, you need expensive hotels with expensive shower curtains. That is where Trump and his hotels comes in.

I wasn't aware the House of Saud knew Trump would be president in the mid 90s when they started bailing him out. Maybe Qatar Airways had a better idea in 2008?

Most of the things with Trump on them are naming rights, not owned by Trump. Some were scrapped during the election, due to whole ban all the Muslims thing.

??? You are just grasping at things. Apparently you think there is a direct connection between the 3 . No there is not. It is a simple flow on effect. Trump won't be interested in opening a hotel chain in Swasiland but a rich oil state that is under American protection is a much more attractive prospect.
But to give you an idea of what you are up against. How many presidents have been given a meme generator so quickly. Even sites dedicated to Bushisms took years.

It is a Muslim Ban, its just that you refuse to recognse it as such

See what Giuliani says (even allowing for his backtracking)
http://thehill.com/homenews/adminis...trump-asked-me-how-to-do-a-muslim-ban-legally
He might not recognize it as such because of the fact that the majority of Muslim countries and people are not affected by the ban?... Perhaps? maybe? For example, did you know the worlds most populous Muslim country, Indonesia, is not included in the ban? Crazy oversight if it was a "Muslim Ban" don't you think?

It's funny, because none of the countries that have extra vetting are in the top 3 with Muslim population...

Sorry, but I think that you are the one with blinkers on. Your first sentence is wrong for starters. Trump could have added! If you have read reports, not only didn't Trump consult HS , he didn't even let them know what was in the document he was signing.

I do agree neither the US nor Australia ever mention the influence that SA has in the ME and breaches of Human Rights because they classify SA as a 'friend', that is appalling.

I am not entering into a debate about Muslims as I can see where you stand.

if you can't debate your POV it means you are either intellectually lazy, or you have religion.

Or you don't engage with arseholes.
You haven't gotten my message I see.

Your ignorant gutter abuse proves my point.
It is just that I have seen you make that comment to other posters in the past and was so predictable.
I did point out to you previously that I have no intention in engaging with you on any topics as your posting history and responses is such as the one I just responded to.
I don't have you on ignore as you do amuse me and laughter is always a good thing.

Trump to repeal:

- a rule that would have made it harder for mining companies to dump coal-mining waste into streams and waterways;

- an anti-corruption rule requiring oil, gas and mining companies to disclose any payments made to foreign governments, including taxes and royalties;

- a rule to require oil and gas companies drilling on public lands to reduce leaks or burnoff of methane, a heat-trapping gas linked to global warming; and

- a rule aimed at keeping firearms out of the hands of certain mentally disabled people.

I happened to fly into LAX the day on the executive order 'banning' folk from the seven countries entering the US. The airport was a total disaster the Customs and BP staff were seriously under the pump. The quietness of LAX a few days later for an internal flight was downright eerie.
You could have fired a gun in the check in halls, i know that kind of thing isn't exactly uncommon around here, but it was deserted..
