The MCG should always host the Grand Final post pandemic.

You might have a point there.

I am upset that the cats and swans, the 2 sides get the grand final spots, both of them only get 17,000 seats each.

That to me is unfair and bulls##t.

MCG holds 100,000 seats.

Hand both clubs 25,000 seats or at worst 20,000 seats

Don't forget that some Cats/Swans are AFL and MCC members and get their tickets through those allocations.
That probably brings the total up to about 40k.

Swans had some left over tickets from their ballot, would be no point giving them any more.

This argument always makes me laugh....$$$$ talks and the GF will be @ the MCG..The real issue is that if an MCG tenant club gets to the GF against a non MCG tenant club...that is one of the main inequities in the competition..yes I know non MCG tenants can and sometimes do beat MCG tenants in the GF...however it is an advantage that is quite bizarre and not seen overseas.
