That was my point. The image shows us in one of our away guises in an otherwise heavily Port badged scenario. Really, really poor attention to detail by those responsible. Might as well be the white guernsey as well.

How come when Alipate and Jackson were considering going to Vic for 'family reasons' no one in the media truly took their 'family reasons' as legitimate.. they made it a club issue.

Yet, when Leon Davis wants to move closer to family and - shock horror - would prefer to play for Port than Collingwood if need be, there's nothing really made of it.

Really I'm just being vengeful... after sitting through a whole year of Damien Barrett and Hutchy on The Footy Show constantly saying EVERYONE was leaving Port I was hoping for something like:

What the Power need: Port’s wishlist is as long as any, but new coach Brenton Sanderson and his team got off to a useful head-start during trade week. The Power’s engine room needs immediate attention, with Travis Boak and Hamish Hartlett as the only potential A-graders. They added Brad Ebert to that list via a one-sided trade with the Eagles, while also securing Brent Renouf from the Hawks to buy young ruckman Matthew Lobbe some time to develop. The Power’s key-position stocks look good with John Butcher, Jack Trengove and Alipate Carlile re-committing to the club. That frees them up to select a polished midfielder with pick six. Run out of defence should also be a priority.
